Natasha Serino is a partner and co-founder of Serino & Nocon LLP, where she represents individuals, families, and communities in complex mass tort, consumer, sexual harassment/abuse and civil litigation matters. Natasha is a dedicated advocate for people who have been harmed by negligence, misconduct, corporate wrongdoing, and institutional failures. She brings a strategic, detail-oriented, and client-centered approach to every case, with a focus on helping clients navigate some of the most difficult moments of their lives with clarity, compassion, and strength.
Mrs. Serino has represented thousands of fire victims including those affected by the North Bay, Camp, Kincade, Maui and Marshall Fires. She recently served as co-liaison counsel in the Marshall Fire Litigation in Colorado, helping coordinate plaintiffs’ efforts in litigation arising from one of Colorado’s most destructive wildfires. That litigation resulted in a confidential settlement. Her experience in wildfire and disaster-related litigation gives her a deep understanding of the profound personal, financial, and emotional losses suffered by individuals and communities after catastrophic events, as well as the importance of holding responsible parties accountable.
Natasha also represents survivors of sexual assault and abuse, including claims against institutional offenders such as academic institutions and employers. She takes this work seriously and understands the courage it takes for survivors to come forward. Natasha is committed to handling these cases with sensitivity, discretion, and determination, while working to hold wrongdoers and enabling institutions accountable.
Ms. Serino’s practice also includes consumer and employment representation, including class action work. For example, Ms. Serino served as co-lead counsel in the Minted Data Breach Litigation, in which Plaintiffs secured a $5 million class action settlement for affected consumers. Prior to this work, Ms. Serino, together with co-founder, Shannon Nocon, obtained a $25 million judgment against Alaska Airlines for violations of the California Labor Code. Ms. Serino was six months pregnant during trial.
As a strong advocate for justice, Ms. Serino takes on many high-profile companies. She is a firm believer that reasonableness and professionalism will always win the day. She has a Bachelor of Science from the University of California San Diego, where she studied quantitative economics and graduated in three years. She also has a background in journalism. Outside of work, Natasha raises 3 young boys, volunteers for the Painted Rock Foundation, and enjoys running with her two Bernese Mountain dogs.
