Sexual Harassment & Assault
Women who experience sexual harassment or assault in the workplace are often forced to navigate fear, humiliation, retaliation, and uncertainty alone. At our firm, we understand the deeply personal and sensitive nature of these cases because we are women ourselves and approach every client with compassion, discretion, and unwavering advocacy. We represent survivors of workplace sexual harassment, sexual assault, hostile work environments, retaliation, and abuse of power, providing a supportive and confidential environment where clients can speak openly and be heard without judgment. Our goal is not only to protect our clients’ legal rights, but to help restore their sense of dignity, safety, and control while holding employers and perpetrators accountable for unlawful conduct.

Fire Litigation
Our firm has extensive experience representing individuals, families, and landowners devastated by catastrophic wildfires throughout the western United States. We represented more than 500 clients in the Kincade Fire and hundreds of claimants in the North Bay Fires. Ms. Serino was appointed Co-Liaison Counsel for Individual Plaintiffs in the Canyon Fire Litigation and also served as Co-Liaison Counsel in the Marshall Fire Litigation, which resolved in a settlement in 2025. Our firm currently represents individuals and property owners impacted by the Lahaina, Eaton, and Palisades Wildfires. We have particular experience handling complex, large-scale property loss claims such as large ranches, vineyards, national forest protected properties, and environmental preserves. Our firm combines strategic litigation with a deep understanding of the unique challenges these catastrophic losses present.

Consumer Advocacy
We represent consumers and businesses in complex class actions and mass tort litigation involving data breaches, defective products, deceptive business practices, unlawful subscription programs, antitrust violations, and other widespread misconduct. Our firm is committed to holding corporations accountable through strategic, detail-oriented advocacy designed to achieve meaningful relief for those harmed by unlawful or unfair practices.

Employment Litigation
Our firm represents employees in complex wage and hour, discrimination, retaliation, and workplace rights matters, with a commitment to holding employers accountable when they violate the law. We understand the significant imbalance of power employees often face and are prepared to take cases through trial when necessary to achieve justice. In one notable matter, our attorneys brought representative claims under California’s Private Attorneys General Act (PAGA) on behalf of Alaska flight attendants who were not provided legally compliant wage statements. Following trial, counsel obtained a $25,014,158 verdict. Ms. Serino served as first chair trial counsel while six months pregnant, with Shannon Nocon serving as second chair — a reflection of the firm’s determination, resilience, and dedication to advocating for working people in high-stakes litigation.

Meaningful Civil Advocacy
Our firm employs the law and meaningful civil advocacy to protect those who are too often ignored, silenced, or overpowered. We take on cases that matter — fighting injustices, correcting wrongdoing, and standing up for vulnerable individuals against powerful institutions and corporations. We are not afraid to take on Goliath, and our attorneys have been described by judges as “warriors of justice” for our relentless commitment to accountability and fairness. Our attorneys have represented disabled students facing discrimination and mistreatment within the education system, survivors of institutional abuse concealed by those in positions of authority, consumers harmed by unfair business practices, and employees who have been wronged in the workplace. We are committed to pursuing accountability and creating meaningful change through thoughtful, determined advocacy.
